"Homerun" is a property technology start-up, backed by one of the largest property developers in Thailand, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The firm mission is to create liquidity in the Thai residential real estate market.

We see opportunities in current pain points of 1) home sellers who need to sell their home urgently and/or those who do not want to renovate their worn-out properties before selling and 2) home buyers who are seeking for reasonably priced properties in inner Bangkok where prices of the new developments are usually too high. Homerun is founded to help both home sellers and home buyers; better and faster ways to sell home for sellers and warranted beautifully renovated-by-experts home for buyers.
